1. I am joining National Human Right And Child Development Commission with my own consent without any force or pressure from any existing member of National Human Right And Child Development Commission or from any source Related to the org.

2. I shall be fully dedicated to National Human Right And Child Development Commission for the people & society and not for individual or my own Benefits.

3. I shall not misuse the name of National Human Right And Child Development Commission strictly ,if found to liable face action by central discipline or National President which final.

4. I shall obey & respect the code of conduct and constitution of National Human Right And Child Development Commission in all mode  & all time.

5. National Human Right And Child Development Commision shall not be Responsible for any kind of my illegal activities ,court cases, function, seminar, rally which against the indian government/ Government policies/ indian low/ Constitution/ society knowingly or unknowingly.

6. I shall authorize National Human Right And Child Development Commission to put my name and details on website ie. www.nhrcdc.com or related social site or other website.

7. I shall serve the National Human Right And Child Development Commission with whatever Responsibility and accountability given to me.

8. I understand my membership non-transferable ,Honorary ,Conditional ,Provisional ,and once the payment is made ,it is non-refundable.

9. I shall not involved with any kind of misbehavior or misconduct or anti india ,anti government or anti society which may result Rejection/ termination of my membership of National Human Right And Child Development Commission.

10. I shall renew my membership with in 30 days immediately after expiry if further desire membership, in case  of change of address i will inform to the national Administration office immediately.

11. In case of lost of the identity card i will inform the police station, National Administration office in writing along with the F.I.R. immediately.

12. Being member of the National Human Right And Child Development Commission, shall contact my respective Area units/ State units/ National Administration office at once in one month and send a report/ Email.

13.  If i have any doubt , question or problem i will contact National Human Right And Child Development Commission national Adminstration office with the all rights reserved to National Human Right And Child Development Commission.

14. I shall render my all services to National Human Right And Child Development Commission free of cost on voluntary basis without claiming and kind of payment or service charge or expenses.

15. My membership/ Designation/ position are conditional and provisional and valid for 12 month ( any for general member ) as given on your id card  renewal with in 30 days.

16. I shall take pre – approval in writing from head office (legal team) Before doing any Correspondence  with the government office in india. (Central /state /Local)

17. That i have not been convicted by any court of india.
